This beautiful Grade 2 listed 18th century building at Elm Farm was sympathetically restored in 2009 and offers stunning indoor and outdoor spaces that compliment any type of event. The barn comes complete with exposed oak beams, under-floor heating, modern lighting and disabled access.

Elm Farm sits within the beautiful Berkshire countryside and is the perfect venue for all occasions – situated in Hamstead Marshall between Newbury and Hungerford, close to the M4 and A34, and within easy access of major airports.

Events and functions

Events are popular at Elm Farm, and we have hosted birthday parties, wedding anniversaries and christening parties, corporate meetings and conferences, village markets, retreats and singing workshops.

The hall is a ‘blank canvas’ enabling hirers to decorate and arrange layouts to meet their requirements and desires (as per fire regulations and capacities)
